Massage has so many important health benefits. In fact, massage can help maintain physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, especially when it is part of your regular wellness routine. Massage not only soothes aching muscles, but reduces tension and anxiety too.
Massage therapy can help with pain management in conditions such as arthritis, sciatica, muscle spasms, and headaches.
The massage you enjoy during this package is completely unique to you, taking into account your specific needs on the day.
Facials are carried out using award winning organic products from Neal's Yard Remedies. There are two types of facial, we can decide on which is best suitable for you when you arrive for your treatment. Both Facials cleanse, tone and exfoliate the skin, before a wonderfully relaxing acupressure facial massage enables you to unwind. A mask is applied to suit your skin type, then you can enjoy a hand and arm massage while it takes effect, leaving you feeling utterly pampered.
Rehydrating Rose Facial – delightfully scented and deeply nourishing damask and hundred petal roses are blended with organic plant oils to deeply rehydrate, moisturise and soften to enhance your skins natural radiance.
Rejuvenating Frankincense Facial – for signs of ageing. The gorgeous frankincense products are twinned with a more specialised massage to help smooth lines and reduce puffiness around the eyes, making this facial the ultimate in effectiveness and relaxation.
